PokerStars Casino NJ Adds 21 Slots Games via NYX OGS

New Jersey online slots junkies are about to have a few fresh morsels added to their regular diet, as PokerStars’ local online casino branch, PokerStars Casino NJ, have decided to break open the NYX OGS (Open Gaming System) piggybank and add 21 new games to their current lineup of virtual one-armed bandits.

Reaching elbow-deep into the NYX OGS cookie jar makes perfect sense for PokerStars NJ; Amaya Inc.’s brand and the NYX Gaming Group’s NextGen studio have enjoyed a long-standing partnership, with the latter providing gaming content for the former to showcase through its various global online gaming operations.

This move marks the first time games from NYX’s vaunted Open Gaming System are featured at PokerStars’ locally operated online casino.

OGS Features In-House and 3rd Party Games

The OGS features no fewer than 2,000 titles, created by NYX’s own studios as well as by an extensive selection of partner game-creators. Licensees, like PokerStars Casino NJ, are granted access to this vast and dynamic pool of gaming resources.

The current selection of 21 fresh slots games includes newer titles like Double Play Superbet, alongside already popular and well-known games such as Mad Mad Monkey and Doctor Love. James Dean and An Evening With Holly Madison are also included in the 21.

Spreading Around the Globe

NextGen Gaming’s CCO, David Johnson, said of the deal that it was the fruit of his side’s continued focus on expanding into newly regulated markets.

PokerStars, on the other hand, are obviously playing it safe with the setup. The new content they’re adding is trusted and already popular, and Garden State-based slots gamblers are looking forward to being able to play the games.

NYX’s distribution base is one of the broadest in the industry; over 200 of the businesses that utilize their platform have already had the chance to put the above-mentioned games to the test.
